Apple Tarts

1 Sheet of Frozen Puffed Pastry cut into thirds (not completely thawed)

1 Can of Apple Pie Apples (slice the apples a little thinner than they come)

½ cup Brown Sugar

½ cup White Sugar

1 tsp Apple Pie Seasoning

Preheat your oven to 400F

Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray (liberally)

Mix together apples, sugars and seasoning

 

 

Lay the three pastries out on the cookie sheet

 

 

Layer the apples (slightly overlapping) onto each pastry.  One can of apples is enough for all 3 pastries.

Bake at 400F for 30 minutes.

Remove from pan immediately (or they’ll stick!)

Place on cutting board

 

Cut into smaller slices that you can pick up with your fingers

 

 

Serve warm or at room temperature

Ice cream on the side can be a special treat!
